Delivery
- We deliver worldwide.
- Every box is picked, packed and posted from Japan by Japan Post tracked airmail.
- Japan Post estimates around 5 to 21 days depending on where you live, and boxes to the UK usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your box is posted and keep you in the loop until it arrives.
- Delivery is included in the ¥8,000 price.
- UK customers: VAT is included too, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your box arrives. Outside the UK, your country may charge import tax or duty on arrival, and this is paid by you.
- Ordering a Christmas present? Order by Monday 30 November to give your box the best chance of arriving before Christmas.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the day your box arrives to cancel and return it for a refund. Email us at ruby@motto-box.jp before you send anything, and we’ll tell you where to send your box. You’re welcome to open your box and take a look inside, but any items with seals or tags need to come back with them still attached, so we can sell them again.
We’ll refund the full ¥8,000, including the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your return. You pay the return postage, and we deal with the rest.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email ruby@motto-box.jp with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it.
